The dying stage of a building is referred to as the period of time between the evacuation of it's residents and the demolishing of the building. This period of time could last between a few weeks to a couple of month and in some cases a year, For planners this period ha no meaning and is regarded as a period of time to hope to last as little as possible, but for the organic and conversational city it is a unique and significant opportunity to give birth to a temporary Event that could not take place in a normal periods. Such thing has occurred in Tel-Aviv as a pop up museums, Galleries,  social events and even night life events. we will showcase  a few example for it.
